Starlink V3 Standard Kit

Description

The Starlink v3 Kit (also known as the Standard Kit) is the third generation of SpaceX’s satellite internet hardware, designed to provide high-speed, low-latency broadband access, especially in remote and underserved areas.

The kit includes a Starlink Dish (electronic phased array antenna), a Gen 3 Wi-Fi Router, a kickstand, and necessary cables and power supply.

Key Features and Improvements:

* Design and Installation: It features a sleek, non-motorized design with a detachable kickstand for easier, flat installation and improved portability compared to the Gen 2 Actuated dish. Dish alignment is software-assisted manual via the Starlink app.

* Router Upgrade: The included Gen 3 Router is a significant upgrade, featuring Wi-Fi 6 technology with Tri-Band 4×4 MU-MIMO for improved speed and a larger coverage area (up to 297 m² or 3,200 sq ft).

* Integrated Ethernet Ports: Unlike the previous generation, the Gen 3 Router includes two (2) built-in Ethernet LAN ports, eliminating the need to purchase a separate Ethernet adapter for wired connections.

* Performance: It offers a wider 110° field of view and delivers typical performance of 25–220 Mbps download speeds and 25–60 ms latency, with potential for higher speeds depending on network conditions.

* Durability: The hardware is built for resilience, with an IP67-rated dish for dust and water resistance, enabling reliable operation in various weather conditions.

* Connectivity: The system supports connecting up to 235 devices and is compatible with Starlink Gen 2 and Gen 3 Mesh Nodes.
